Description

Responsibilities Include:


  • Perform regular administrative duties for a smallsized office of a multinational mining company's Toronto office;
  • Provide clerical, logistics, and human resources support to other personnel in the office;
  • Assist with banking and billing processes;
  • Serve as a point of contact for external clients and other departments of the company;
  • Also act as executive assistant to a senior executive of the company;

Qualifications:


  • 13 years of relevant experience and with a university degree/college diplomat or equivalent;
  • Strong computer skills with advanced experience in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in a collaborative teamoriented environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$84,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
