Do you get excited about mapping out a trip, exploring different routes or getting to your destination and planning out the ' how' ?


If this is up your alley, come join our Data & Technology team in Toronto and you will take up interesting projects by acting as the navigator for our Corporate partners and their business needs.

You'll be tasked with mapping out the current lay of the land and providing a path forward for our business to reach their destination.


In this role, you will often engage with our business partners who require technological support - understand their needs, objectives, desired outcomes, and help build and maintain their technology/product roadmaps.

Business requirements will need to be clearly articulated and documented, with the right partners included at the table. You will drive conversations to select or develop desired solutions while providing effective business context and solution knowledge.

You'll need to ensure that artifacts are transferred to our Support teams in a timely manner with a focus on delivery excellence and business value-add.

With a self-starter mindset and 'can-do' attitude, you'll have excellent soft skills such as:
Ability to communicate with different personas and audiences
Listening empathetically to others on their opinions and ideas
Ability to cultivate meaningful and trusting partnerships by discussing topics openly and honestly
A sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities across functions in tandem
An adaptive mindset to handle changes in direction
Strong organizational skills with good line of sight into upcoming initiatives
Analytical thinking with the confidence to challenge the status quo
Effective storytelling to compel audiences and drive meaningful change


As a navigator, you will be able to define a clear picture of the business case at hand, the opportunity, and the resolution.

Qualifications you have that we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Transformation and Integration projects in the capacity of a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager
University degree or equivalent experience in the areas of Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Mathematics
Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile and/or Waterfall methodology
Strong facilitation skills from experience collaborating with business and technology teams


An added bonus if you have:
Familiarity with a Business Analysis Community of Practice (instituting and providing BA framework and templates definition)
Experience with Robotics Process Automation
Prior experience in consulting
Exposure to analytical tools i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
CFA, CBAP, PMP, or other process improvement methodology accreditation
