How You'll Perform the Role Principal Job Duties**- The PET Extrusion Line Operator is the person who is in charge of running the line at standard rates and within specifications. Be able to coordinate, delegate tasks to his team and make quality decisions based on equipment's conditions, availability of manpower and team skills

  • Able to read and understand the production scheduling requirements (Gauge/formulation/sizes/packing customer specificationsetc.)
  • Ensure the availability of resources, and engage himself and his team member in performing the required tasks

Health and Safety:


  • Must wear personal protective equipment required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations those within the company policy
  • To use or wear protective devices or clothing that the employer requires to be used or worn (Follow the implemented safety procedure to operate the PET extrusion lines)
  • Should be certified/ licensed to operate lifting, moving and transporting equipment, or whatever equipment requires a certificate/License to operate
  • Maintain a safe clean working place, identify all possible safety hazards and report them
  • Follow all lockout/Tag out procedures
  • Able to check and operate the safety devices installed on the line (Safety light curtain, safety mats, emergency stop buttons/cables, safety switches etc.)

What We Need From You

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment working on an Extrusion line
  • Lift and move product / parts / boxes when required
  • Mechanical aptitude is necessary
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Good communication in English (verbal and written)
