Requirements for this position are:

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Basic accounting
  • Ability to type 50 wpm minimum
  • Friendly and upbeat manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of the position
  • Ability to work independently

Job duties for this position are:

  • Invoicing, basic bookkeeping, scheduling
  • Answering phones, taking complete and accurate messages, directing calls
  • Customer services calls
  • Management of office supplies: inventory, ordering, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic office machines: fax machine, photocopier, scanners, voice mail systems
  • Maintaining client and employee files
  • Complete banking transactions
  • Other general office duties: copy, sort, file, proofread and edit documents
