Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bakery assistant to assist us in our day to day operations. This job is completely BOH. Knowledge of glutenfree baking and dietary lifestyles like paleo, keto, vegan will be considered as an asset.The bakery assistant will be required to but not limited to do the following:
- Assist in day to day baking
- Ensuring that the bakery / counters remain clean at all times
- Inventory management
- Assist in packing goods
- Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock
- Reporting low baked goods stock to the Baker in a timely manner
- Cleaning the work area after business hours and preparing it for the next day
- Any other task as instructed
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Baking: 2 years (required)
