As the People Analytics and Data Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide insights and drive strategic decisions related to UniOps' People agenda and workforce management.
Your role will involve collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and implement best practices in people analytics.
Your role would be to identify & creating compelling reports to provide insights on patterns, trends and opportunities through data to contribute to overall Workforce management, talent management, Key People Metrics and organization effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management and Analysis:
- Develop and implement strategies for collecting, cleaning, and maintaining HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, surveys, and external datasets.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns, and provide actionable insights to support HR strategies and initiatives.
- Creating customized dashboards on Vizier/other people analytical tools to support HRBPs for People decisions.
- Overall ownership for UniOps Workforce plans, monitoring hiring, restructuring, third party contractors data in coordination with the respective HRBPs
- Support in providing accesses to the right data tools to HRBPs and providing adequate and frequent training sessions for the effective use of tools.
People Analytics Strategy:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their analytical needs and develop a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Define key metrics and KPIs to measure HR and talentrelated outcomes, such as employee engagement, retention, diversity, key L&D metrics such as organization effectiveness and performance.
- Provide recommendations on datadriven approaches to optimize HR processes, improve workforce planning, and enhance talent management strategies.
- Look at the future of analytics with predictive metrics and generative AI as experiments.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Develop and maintain a suite of regular HR reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with relevant and timely insights.
- Create visually compelling and easytounderstand data visualizations that effectively communicate complex HR metrics and trends.
- Present findings and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Data Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all aspects of people analytics and data management.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in people analytics and data management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Essentials Skills and Experience Needed
- You have strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data visualization, and ideally using tools such as Visier, Workday, Orgvue.
