Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. This is a hybrid, bilingual (French and English) position.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR department.
  • Supports HR Managers with daytoday operations
  • Provides onboarding and recruitment support as required.
  • Data entry relating to personnel records.
  • Monitors the employee experience throughout the operations to identify employee relations issues and opportunities and recommend ideas and actions.
  • Works collaboratively with all operations, leading and/or partnering on the communication and implementation of new HR programs and initiatives.
  • Keeps current with changes to legislation national including Human Rights Act, Privacy Act, Employment Standards, and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Provides information and advice regarding workforce planning, employee relations, workplace issues, workplace health and safety, and HRrelated legislation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully bilingual with high level comfort communicating in both French and English
  • Business or Administrative Certificate or Diploma considered an asset.
  • 3 years' experience in Human Resources or other administrative roles.

Skills and Abilities

  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Office programs; Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of files, personal information, and other matters, as appropriate.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Possess strong problemsolving ability, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS (ADP)
  • Ability to act with integrity, good judgment, and discretion.
