Description
We're seeking an energetic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team

The housekeeper cleans the property common areas, office, hallways, stairways etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Clean/vacuum/mop the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule.
  • Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
  • Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
  • Perform job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles to doing so.
  • Provide great customer service to residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Previous experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred.


Shifts:
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 12pm

Or,

Tuesday: 8am - 12pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary:
From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
