Chez EPIQ Machinerie, nous défions les frontières entre une entreprise de technologie et un fabricant de machinerie lourde, en intégrant continuellement de nouvelles technologies dans nos équipements. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Stagiaire en automatisation** qui se joindra à notre équipe d'ingénierie à notre emplacement de Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC.

**Les principales responsabilités du poste**:

- Analyse de programmes PLC (Allen-Bradley, controllogix, point IO, Guardlogix, etc.) ;
- Analyse de programmes HMI (Panelview, Scada Factory Talk);
- Analyse des normes internationales (IEC) ;
- Synthèses des bonnes pratiques de la programmation PLC et HMI pour l'industrie (sécurité machine, séquence, contrôle de positionnement, etc.) ;
- Consultation avec les programmeurs et les personnes en contrôle responsable de la mise en service des équipements ;
- Développement des standards de programmation PLC et HMI ;
- Développement de Gabarit de structures et des programme PLC (Template) ;
- Développement de Gabarit de programme HMI (Template) ;
- Test et simulation du Gabarit développé ;
- Possibilité de test dans l'atelier sur une vraie machine de production.

**Qualifications et expérience**:

- Connaissance de la programmation PLC (Allen Bradley) ;
- Connaissance de la programmation HMI (FactoryTalk View) ;
- Avoir de l'intérêt pour la programmation ;
- Esprit d'analyse et de Synthèse ;
- Organisé dans les tâches quotidiennes ;
- Orienté résultats ;
- Savoir écrire et lire en français et en anglais ;
- Avoir de l'entregent.

We are currently looking for an **Automation Design Intern** to join the engineering team at our site in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC.

**The main responsibilities of the position**:

- Analysis of PLC programs (Allen-Bradley, controllogix, point IO, Guardlogix, etc.);
- Analysis of HMI programs (Panelview, Scada Factory Talk);
- Analysis of international standards (IEC);
- Synthesis of best practices in PLC and HMI programming for industry (machine safety, sequencing, positioning control, etc.);
- Consultation with programmers and controllers responsible for equipment commissioning;
- Development of PLC and HMI programming standards;
- Development of structure templates and PLC programs (Template);
- Development of HMI program template;
- Test and simulation of the developed template;
- Possibility of testing in the workshop on a real production machine.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley);
- Knowledge of HMI programming (FactoryTalk View);
- Have an interest in programming;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Organized in daily tasks;
- Results oriented;
- Ability to write and read in French and English;
- Interpersonal skills.

**What we offer**:

- Position is regular full-time, based on a 38-hour schedule over 4 (or 4.5) days per week from Monday to Thursday;
- Possibility of Hybrid work schedule.
