Description

Our company is seeking a reliable Appliance Service Technician to respond to customer calls for household appliance repair and installation needs.

You must have knowledge of refrigeration and dishwashing components, stove installation, garbage disposal installation, and cable installation procedures and regulations.

• Install, service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and air conditioning units.
• Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
• Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
• Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have
• Complete billing, invoicing and collecting payments with customers when applicable
• Stay uptodate on the latest appliance technology and parts
• Work with various appliance brands; Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Etc.
• Coordinate and perform warranty related repairs with Vendors (Samsung)

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Sufficient experience in and knowledge of appliance repair and installation
• Postsecondary training from a trade or vocational school (preferred)
• Customer service and communication skills
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Clean Criminal Record
