    We are looking to fill a permanent position of Customer Service Representative for our Edmonton Showroom, a division of Richelieu.

    Position Description:

  • The CSR will work in our showroom at the Edmonton location.
  • Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the showroom; sharing accurate information and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond, communicate, and provide timely information by phone, and email.
  • Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims.
  • Maintain the showroom by routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all products are properly tagged and visible.
  • Key Attributes:

  • Motivated, energetic individual who has the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
  • Office administration – filing, invoicing, preparing bank deposits, and other varying clerical duties.
  • Experience in the cabinetry & millwork or hardware distribution related industry considered an asset.
  • Familiar with order entry processes and procedures.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative.
  • Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, job assignments and work schedules.
  • Participate in training sessions on new products.
  • Must be punctual, have a desire to learn, and detail-orientated.
