Accounting Analyst

  • Manage financial reference data for internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
  • This will involve initial pull of data, and requirement to confirm the accuracy of data pulls by mitigating controls.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the source of data from various systems used to initiate the pull of data.
  • Creates/Maintains reporting for management, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or as required in support of ad hoc requests.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify reporting issues and work towards resolution with internal support teams.
  • Provides insight in support of all reporting to business partners as required.
  • Supports financial activities related to accounts receivable maintenance, specialized customer invoicing, invoice dating support.
  • Demonstrates sound understanding and manages problem resolution support for issues related to customer portal (Hallmark Connect)
