Weston Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career as a
Service Advisor .

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.


Job Duties:


  • Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
  • Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
  • Make bestvalue repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
  • Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
  • Manage delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
  • Follow up after visit to ensure that customer's expectations were met/exceeded
  • Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
  • Enforce organizational safety standards
  • Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels and sales results
  • Experience working within a Dealership environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Professional phone handling experience
  • Customerservice and sales experience
