Weston Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career as a
Service Advisor .

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Job Duties:

Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
Make bestvalue repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
Manage delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
Follow up after visit to ensure that customer's expectations were met/exceeded
Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
Enforce organizational safety standards
Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels and sales results
Experience working within a Dealership environment preferred
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour
Organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
Professional phone handling experience
Customerservice and sales experience
