Job duties:

• Develop new products based on Plant Best's generation of new product development requests
• Consult with clients, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements
• Conduct research on costs of production including cost reduction initiatives, properties of production material, and methods of production
• Analyze and report on the intended use of products and user preferences
• Review and vet SKUs for product improvement
• Improve costs and marketing messaging based on product attributes to support sales growth

Skills requirements:

• Five years of experience working with
  coconut coir in a quality control or product development capacity
