We are currently seeking out a highly-motivated, skilled construction foreman with a great eye for detail and knowledge of hardscapes to fill the position of:

Landscape Construction Foreman

• Responsible for the day to day oversight and implementation of landscape construction projects.
• Projects include interlocking paving, woodwork, masonry work, planting installation, construction of retaining walls, fences, pergolas, sheds, shade structures, decks and installation.
• Working in tandem with subtrades such as electricians, metal workers, and irrigation contractors.
• Material Management, time tracking, scheduling deliveries and communication to ensure effective safe construction.
• The use of hand tools, power tools, skid steers, mini excavators, mid sized trucks and trailers are needed.
• Ability to interpret and implement scaled drawing and elevations.
• Equipment maintenance skills and proper use of PPE.
• Familiarity of applicable building codes within the scope of landscape construction.
• Time management, communication and customer service.
• Crew leader and supervise project while working with fellow employees on site.

Required Skills:

• Valid G license
• Proficient knowledge of common trees, shrubs, perennials found in Ontario helpful.
• Use of power tools, operation of skid steers, saws, fueling equipment, daily maintenance and inspection of tools.
• Ability to read drawings, elevations and set highs.
• Physically fit able to life and transport weight of 50lbs.
• Good Communication skills.

Wages & Benefits:

Hourly wage range $30.00 to $38.00 per hour.

44 plus hours per week plus overtime. Full-time employment
