ANT Custom Laser is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
- Ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Highly experience in Blue print and measurement reading
- Experience in Mig and Tig Welding
Job Types:

$54,588.34-$68,640.00 per year
