We are looking to add an experienced Floor Manager to our team


About Us:
Belleville's a high-volume independent business located in Victoria's Inner Harbour that caters to locals and tourists alike.

We are a lively venue with a huge focus on providing great service and high quality products, from our scratch kitchen to our extensive cocktail menu.


About the Role:


The Floor Manager will work directly with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Owner and Kitchen Management team to oversee daily business operations and ensure the success of our restaurant.

The primary focus of this role is to help run the floor by monitoring service and dealing with any issues promptly, motivating/assisting staff, interacting with customers, and most importantly, helping to create a fun, inclusive atmosphere for patrons and staff alike.

There is also a good mix of administrative tasks, social media management and overall business management training for someone who is looking to build their career and work towards a General Manager position.


The Floor Manager will have a set 45 hour work week of 9hr shifts Wed-Sun with Mondays and Tuesdays off, we can be flexible though if different weekdays off may be required.

This will be primarily PM or closing shifts that remain consistent week to week, with the exception of special events.


Starting salary is 50,000 plus tip pool and seasonal bonuses if labour/sales goals are met Extended medical benefits are also provided after a 3 month probationary period plus 2 weeks vacation and a day in lieu added for any stat holiday worked, which works out to be approximately an additional 1-2 weeks of vacation per year.

Experience:


  • Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
  • Serving/Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Serving it Right or Equivalent (preferred)
