- Lead and mentor a team of skilled System Administrators.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of work assignments meeting SLAs.
- Oversee daily operations, including incident management, system monitoring, and change requests.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure migration and operation.
- Manage service offerings, SLAs, and capacity planning.

- Establish and enforce technology standards and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of people management experience. Proven experience of managing people including hiring, performance appraisal, etc a MUST
- Minimum 8 years in a senior technical role.
- At least 4 years in a leadership position.
- Extensive experience with Windows and Linux Servers.
- Proficiency in scripting, automation, and orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning tools.
- Experience with Active Directory, File systems, Exchange server, Backup software, etc.
