    Are you a seasoned IT professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for cutting-edge technology? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Manager, Systems Infrastructure to spearhead our team of senior technical experts in an Agile environment.

    We're seeking someone with extensive Azure experience to manage both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure across multiple regions.

    Location: Toronto, with a Hybrid work model.

    Reporting to: Director, Infrastructure Operations & Support

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of skilled System Administrators.
    • Ensure high-quality delivery of work assignments meeting SLAs.
    • Oversee daily operations, including incident management, system monitoring, and change requests.
    • Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning.
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure migration and operation.
    • Manage service offerings, SLAs, and capacity planning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects.
    • Establish and enforce technology standards and processes.
    • Provide technical support for escalated incidents.
    • Coordinate hardware and software installation.
    • Participate in audits and enforce data security measures.
    • Coach and mentor team members for growth and development.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 2+ years of people management experience. Proven experience of managing people including hiring, performance appraisal, etc a MUST
    • Minimum 8 years in a senior technical role.
    • At least 4 years in a leadership position.
    • Extensive experience with Windows and Linux Servers.
    • Proficiency in scripting, automation, and orchestration technologies.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
    • Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning tools.
    • Experience with Active Directory, File systems, Exchange server, Backup software, etc.
