GENERAL SUMMARY To service delinquent credit accounts through telephone and personal customer contact in order to protect receivables and minimize bad debt expense.

To resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and to research and identify necessary adjustments.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Community college diploma/equivalent in Business Administration preferred.
Two (2) years commercial collections experience, preferably in telephone collections OR 3 years of Invoice Adjustment Experience.
Thorough knowledge billing systems and credit/collections policies preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Federal and Provincial consumer affairs and privacy regulations preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite - Basic
Strong negotiation skills
Self motivated and able to organize and prioritize large amounts of data.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
In the province of Quebec, must bilingual (French and English).
