What you will do:

Enforce & monitor guidelines to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Perform counterman position duties and provide technical assistance to Parts Consultants when needed.
Assist and oversee all aspects of shipping & receiving.
Supervise all Parts Consultants.
Manage the parts department in the absence of the Parts Manager.

For this role, come equipped with:

Effective communication skills, leadership skills and strong skills in customer relations.
Experience working in a dealership environment.
Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
Experience using ERAccess is an asset.
