Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects from start to completion at Innovative Automation.

The Project manager is responsible for customer relationship management and project related activities from supervising tasks, communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, monitoring budgets and ensure that every aspect of the project is completed on time within scope.

The project manager must also be able to foresee potential risks and drive for solutions to mitigate or eliminate those.


_ What you'll do:
_


  • Effectively leading and communicating with team throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Managing and monitoring project budget, performance, and forecasting
  • Continuously updating project status throughout lifecycle of project
  • Managing and updating scheduling using Microsoft Project & Excel
  • Advocating for customers through signoffs, design reviews, buyoff events, and installations
  • Determining resource requirements for projects
  • Guiding and monitoring project team members on priorities, scope management etc.
  • Maintaining project issue logs

Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Utilizing quotations and customer project for quotations (RFQ) to understand client requirements, determine project direction and required projects features
  • Coordinating project/service/warranty support on site at customer locations
  • Negotiating with contractors & suppliers on delivery and/or cost of required purchased goods and services
  • Managing, recording, and coordinating received customer parts
  • Managing process for documentation & allocation of resource for SR & ED related activities.
  • Occasional travel as required globally.

_ What you'll need:
_


  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (or Engineering Degree) or Equivalent Specialized Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience as a Project Manager
  • Certified as a PMP or willing to pursue certification as a PMP
  • Understanding of the use of SolidWorks

Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project
