Description

The Warehouse Service Coordinator will:

Identify appliances that require service and ensure that they are handled in an efficient manner.
Warehouse Duties: Responsible for the efficient and effective flow of merchandise
Processoriented with a focus on accuracy
Prepare receiving area and organize equipment
Experience in shipping/receiving
Work in accordance with health and safety regulations
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Liason between Warehouse and Returns Coordinator ensuring that proper communication takes place regarding next steps.
Process product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a 24/7, highvolume, fastpaced working environment.
Answer questions, input accurate return information on vendor accounts and perform general warehouse duties, including material picks and deliveries, and warehouse cleanup.
Unpack returned merchandise, inspect package condition and assess paperwork sent in with return instructions for proper return procedures.
Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of product to determine return category.
Receive merchandise, following all security and safety return procedures for each product type.
Distribute returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition and type of return.
Identify critical distribution issues and report them to the team lead/supervisor.
Action all return authorizations in a prompt manner to ensure that inventory balances accordingly.
Data entry as required.
Proactively communicate with the team and escalate any issues to upper management.
