Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing product/services sales assistance and information to customers. The CSR will also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a timely manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Processes customer orders and invoices.
- Processes credit card payments.
- Maintains customer files and records in database.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of procedures/rules/regulations related to the department.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations effectively.
- Maintains a positive attitude, works well with others, is cooperative, flexible, and works well with different personalities.
- Able to use computer office equipment such as: accounting software, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON N5W 3E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
