OPBets is looking for a part-time HR Representative to help our team grow As our HR Representative, you will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding process, managing payroll, administering benefits, and assisting with ongoing performance management activities.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews
  • Manage payroll administration via our HRIS (Payworks)
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in our HRIS (Payworks)
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Assist with employee relations issues and investigations
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Payworks, Salesforce, Workday, Ceridian, or iCIMS
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and interviewing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
