Position:
Sales Associate


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a client list and establish strong relationships with ALPHASHINE's Canadian members
  • Create invoices and process card and/or cash payments
  • Uphold a professional image and foster excellent customer service
  • Track sales behaviour using compiled sales data on Excel
  • Work alongside the Business Developement and Operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, sales, administrative, or client facing role
  • Competency in storing, managing, and analyzing sales data on Excel
  • Completion of postsecondary education (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Quick learner, growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting timelines and exceeding KPIs and performance targets

Compensation Structure:
Salary + Commission


Please Note:
This is an on-site position.


Salary:
$42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON M5R 3L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • B2B or B2C Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
