Requirements/Qualifications
A regulated health professional (RPN) with a minimum 2 years experience Must be willing to travel in the Mississauga and Halton region Current BLS certification Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations (up to date)

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing in-home assessments of health status, mobility, cognition, and home safety Provide clinical care including medication administration, injections, IV therapy, wound and catheter care,
  • Educate patients and caregivers on medication use,
  • wound care,
symptom monitoring,
  • and equipment management.
