Job Purpose:


As a Medical Performance and Operations Associate, you will be an agile resource in supporting the measures of medical performance in alignment with the medical strategy while partnering on the development and implementation of divisional process improvement activities and innovative activities.


Details (Your Responsibilities):


  • This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: _
  • Support the delivery of the medical strategy and assist in developing change management initiatives
  • Develop and implement of divisional process improvement activities
  • Partner with the Medical Omnichannel Manager in successful execution of medical omnichannel tactics across priority therapy areas
  • Capture resources to support omnichannel Training/Capability development
  • Assist with coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings and townhalls
  • Generate platforms to centralize medical operation materials
  • Actively participate in projects to support departmental or divisional activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is important some of the projects within the remit of the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.
  • Support the collection, extraction, and analysis of performance metrics for the Medical division and work with business owners to implement measures to ensure medical deliverables are on track.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Business or Science degree
  • Working towards/completed master's
