WHAT THIS CHALLENGE IS ABOUT**- Help staff lawyers draft, review and negotiate transaction-related corporate and commercial agreements (purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, loan agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, management agreements, closing documents, financing arrangements, co-owners' agreements, etc.);

  • Help staff lawyers draft, review and negotiate contracts, resolutions, legal opinions and other documents related to transactions involving companies within the Group, investment funds and capital market operations;
  • Contribute to legally required due diligence procedures for transactions;
  • Work closely with external counsel and the Investments business unit teams to provide practical and timesensitive legal advice for the structuring, restructuring and closing of transactions related to real estate assets;
  • Ensure internal policies and rules are adhered to;
  • Assist with a variety of legal issues as they arise, providing advice and counsel to the Investments teams;
  • Help staff lawyers draft, review and negotiate documents related to IT, marketing and construction;
  • Assist staff lawyers in liaising with other departments about issues and problems in connection with shopping centre, office building and industrial facility operations, as well as construction and development projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

:


  • Enrolment in a university law program, with at least two years completed at the undergraduate level;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Selfdirected and goaloriented, with a strong sense of initiative;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French and English; readiness to work with international partners.
