Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Administrator will play a key role onboarding new Personal Support Workers to the organization on a biweekly basis.
This position administers all aspects of the Dayforce onboarding requirements with new hires, for example form review and approval and supports them to ensure completion within established deadlines.
The Recruitment Administrator will work alongside Recruitment Coordinators to contribute to the full cycle recruitment process.The role contributes to a fast-paced, high volume, recruiting environment that is cyclical in nature and will impact many new hires' first experience with Circle of Care.
We are looking for:
a full-time, contract Recruitment Administrator (1 Year)
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Hours of Work: 34 hours/week. This role is hybrid work from home.
Reports to:
Manager, Talent Acquisition and Retention
Responsibilities:
- Administer the onboarding experience for all union hires (Personal Support Work and Homemaker)
- Review and approve onboarding forms including information related to payroll set up, education verification and personal information
- Administer preemployment requirements including criminal record checks and employment verifications
- Set up new hires profiles in scheduling software
- Troubleshoot technology challenges including user and system related
- Partner with other areas of the Human Resources team including Learning and Development and HR Administration
- Contribute to a high volume, biweekly, hourly employee hiring cycle
- Additional recruitment administration as needed
Qualifications:
- Completion of an HR diploma or degree program preferred
- 12 years of recruitment or human resources administrative experience
- Experience working with an ATS, Dayforce preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, high volume, deadline driven environment
- Strong organization skills and detailoriented
- Experience in a nonprofit or social services environment an asset
