General Handyperson:
Capable, Reliable and Teachable**:
- **You will be responsible for managing multiple work orders, small repairs and the occasional unit flips (full renovation of an apartment unit). You'll need to be able to complete minor plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, flooring, minor carpentry and general repairs. You will be required to work with a variety of trades and be adaptable and willing to learn new skills. You must have a proven track record of getting jobs done effectively while dealing kindly with difficult tenants or customers
Duties and Jobs
- Able to manage a variety of work orders in a timely manner or as required within specified deadlines
- Knowledge of a variety of trades including plumbing, carpentry and minor repairs
- General maintenance skills
- Completing odd jobs and small projects for landlords or commercial customers

- Good communication skills
- Must have your own basic tools and phone
- Basic technical /computer skills
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Dependable, reliable and professional
