B&B Contracting Group is seeking a dedicated
Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing company.

JOB PURPOSE

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The job duties performed by the Health & Safety Advisor include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the corporate safety manual, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained throughout all projects
Assist with the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Company's Health & Safety and Injury Management Program
Support with monthly inspections
Assist with incident investigations
Conduct new hire orientations
Assist with coordinating injured workers' stayatwork or returntowork plans
Coordinate employee training
Maintain filing system and data entry
Maintain inventory of safety supplies
Record minutes at monthly safety meetings
Deliver safety training to workers (Confined space, Fall protection, Forklift, EWP)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Occupational First Aid Level
Training in Construction Health & Safety is an asset
Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
Effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under stressful conditions
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Effective organizational skills
Train The Trainer (Fall Pro, EWP, Forklift)
