UTILITY AND CONSTRUCTION - UNION ROLE

provides quality solutions to public utilities, municipalities and developers, as well as to industrial, national and international manufacturing companies across the GTA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Saw cutter role includes but not limited to, following duties:

Must have a valid G license and clean driver abstract.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Operate and maintain cutting equipment to perform precise cuts on various materials
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine cutting requirements
Experience core drilling
Set up and adjust cutting tools and equipment for optimal performance

Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality of cuts

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills
