Job summary
We are seeking a Superintendent to lead our Maintenance Control functions at Red Chris Mine. You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of reliability programs, planning systems, and asset lifecycle strategies across both mobile and processing plant equipment.Responsibilities
- Champions a strong and visible safety culture by ensuring all maintenance activities comply with Newmont's safety and environmental standards.
- Manage Critical Control Verification (CCV), CHESS and Fatality Risk Management actions to ensure timely completion.
