Main Responsibilities:


  • Respond to and provide immediate resolution to customers' concerns
  • Coordination of Pre-Delivery Inspections and suite closings
  • Coordination of suite closings including liaising with appropriate thirdparty vendors as required
  • Post Occupancy care including processing and scheduling maintenance
  • Ongoing accurate database management
  • Knowledge of Tarion and the Construction Performance Guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Followup with and keep track of onsite incidents that occur at all current projects ex: leaks, vandalism, appliance malfunction (cause of damage, effected suites/areas, repair invoices, backchargeability, release letters, completion dates, etc.)
  • Correspond and work with multiple departments both at Head Office and onsite

Skills and experience:


  • Three years experience with condominium customer service
  • Knowledge of Tarion and the Construction Performance Guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and listening skills
  • Capable of building and maintaining harmonious relationship
  • Professional in conduct and appearance
  • Impeccable with organization and timemanagement
  • Individual with courtesy, respect, and honesty
