Job summary
To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor offering assistance to meet the customer's shopping needs.This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment.
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner assisting customers promoting products/services locating merchandise making purchase decisions resolving customer issues referring concerns where appropriate.
- Delegate assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work Capping bins Stocking picks.
- Delegate assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes feature sets.
- Delegate assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area.
