Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a
Business Transformation Coordinator on a permanent basis on our Energy team. This position is a remote or hybrid opportunity based in Saskatchewan.


Are you interested in learning about energy systems and processes and being a key contributor in their initiatives? Are you looking to develop your stakeholder management and project management skills? This position offers these learnings as well as the unique opportunity to join FCL's new and growing Business Transformation, Energy Products and Services team.


What you'll do:


  • Support the shortterm planning and coordination of Energy Business Transformation projects by maintaining information, communicating with various stakeholders, planning meetings, creating presentations, reports, and more.
  • Independently complete initial reviews of project deliverables including the project objectives, timeline, and actions to ensure quality and program alignment.
  • Track project team progress, provide reporting, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze information to support the Business Transformation team in having accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational recommendations and for distribution to FCL stakeholders.

Who you'll work with:


The Team:

You will work with the Energy Business Analyst and report to the Director, Business Transformation, Energy Products and Services on a team focused on driving change that will positively impact the operations of our Energy business.


The Collaborators:

You will work with a variety of stakeholders within the Energy Products and Services team and across the organization with teams such as Innovation, Procurement, and Facilities Design and Development throughout project life cycles.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:

  • Have 1-3 years of related experience. Exposure to project management would be considered an asset.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are strong in communication and organization and are eager to learn and grow.
