Essential:


  • Minimum secondary school education is required
  • A minimum of 45 years' experience in a similar position
  • Must have prior experience with inventory control
  • Must have a working knowledge of Agricultural practices and equipment
  • Must be comfortable with current technology.

Proficient with the following computer environments:
Current Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and Edge

  • Experience with CDK Intellidealer and/or CNH is considered an asset.
  • Forklift operation experience is considered an asset.

  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data

  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with other employees as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines

Responsibilities:


  • Inputs customer information into the system, once units has been purchased and creates inventory tag for the units and provides them to the sales department
  • Creates new tags for all incoming units per location, from suppliers as per invoices or purchase orders
  • Organizes transfer of units not in stock from other dealers which sales department has sold and created inventory tags for
  • Initiates and documents storetostore equipment transfers
  • Receives approval from Branch Sales Manager prior to ordering new equipment
  • Organizes and completes transfers and delivery of units from vendor locations
  • Responsible for customs and crossborder paperwork
  • Travels to all locations quarterly to review inventory levels for equipment
  • Creates purchase orders, orders equipment and updates CDK
  • Manages and oversees the Yard Inventory Assistant
  • Organizes and maintains paperwork for demo and service loaners and notates on computer as per which function the equipment is being used for

General Duties:


  • Assists with month end final sales, as required
  • Assists with yearly auction; creating tags for consigned customer units, loading and unloading equipment and organizing the yard
  • Develops and maintains an efficient, current file and record management system both for electronic and paper correspondence and documents
  • Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company policies, procedures and standards
  • Reviews job processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement to the company's products, services, quality and efficiencies
  • Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
  • Sets an example for the other staff of the Dealership by arriving to work on time, leaving at the appropriate time, keeping appointments, respecting the time of others and behaving in a professional manner

Pay:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
