Scheduling Specialist Intern

Qualifications:


  • Business Administration or Scheduling
  • Bondable (Criminal Record Check will be required)
  • Valid driver's licence

Duties:

You can expect to be

Schedule technicians for multiple janitorial and industrial sites

Monitor the needs of clients to ensure delivery of service

Prioritize the scheduling of jobs to ensure organizational and client goals are met

Review and verify that technicians are meeting clients needs

Verify shifts and approve hours in our hour approval system

Provide assistance in our office setting as required

Monitor incoming requirements and work with management and staff for delivery of services on a timely basis


Hours: 88 per pay period


Pay Rate:
$22.00 Hour depending on experience.

$21.00-$22.00 per hour
