Are YOU our new Estimator??

Mode Built is a rapidly expanding local home reno company that prides itself on outstanding customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Busier than ever, we are looking for an office-based project estimator and quoting specialist.

With strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and passion for hitting deadlines, you will help this dynamic company grow by taking on:

Project estimating (home reno labour and material costs)
Residential floorplan layout (knowledge of Chief Architect an asset)
Client quote/contract creation (knowledge of BuilderTrend an asset)

WE NEED SOMEONE WITH:

Strong attention to detail
A desire to work in a team environment
Skill designing floor plans
Experience estimating

Residential construction knowledge is strongly preferred.

SALARY
Salary ($22-25 per hour) will be based on experience and qualifications.
