Shuswap Lake Vacation Inc. DBA Twin Anchors Houseboats Vacations is the largest houseboat company in Canada, with the largest boats in Canada. We are the premier houseboat destination on Shuswap Lake. With 1100 km of shoreline to explore onboard our luxurious Twin Anchor houseboats.

Our guests have the ability to adventure and see the many highlights of the lake or relax on their houseboat.

We are located at the largest marina on Shuswap lake surrounded by mountain scenery. It is the perfect location for after work adventures and to work in beautiful Sicamous, BC.

Job Title:

Parts Delivery/Pickup Personnel - Shuswap Lakes Vacations Inc.


Job Function:


To administer, monitor the movement of parts/stock including delivery, pickup of equipment, parts, supplies and follow inventory control systems for the movement of parts/supplies for the daily operation of Shuswap Lakes Vacations Inc.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Pickup of parts, inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  • Research and purchase parts and supplies as required
  • Control movement of stock items from inventory using Quality Control System
  • Attend to parts tub to ensure the management of parts and supplies
  • Ensure proper work orders, billing and invoicing if applicable
  • Advise on efficiencies and cost saving measures within scope of work
  • Performs shipping and receiving tasks of inventory
  • Performs other duties or support to coworkers as the pressures dictate with the Twin Anchors environment

Required Skills and Knowledge:


  • Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to lift 23kg (50 pounds) regularly
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service philosophy training or related work experience
  • Computer knowledge in Word, data processing software and spreadsheets
  • Experience in parts, purchasing, inventory control processes and systems

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:


  • Forklift experience an asset
  • Inventory handling experience
  • Boating experience an asset
  • Experience with marine mechanical parts and systems
  • Knowledge of the houseboat industry, operational and manufacturing
  • Experience with electrical and plumbing
  • Windward or System 5 knowledge
*Must currently be legally able to work in Canada*
