Job summary

The Coordinator Environmental Services (UXO) provides environmental services including technical advice guidance and recommendations to the Client-Partners on moderate complexity scope and/or risk projects in one or more environmental services practice area.

These services can be provided through in-house resources or third-party contracts.

  • Oversee contractor activity on UXO projects
  • Provide contract management support and oversight on UXO projects e.g. quality assurance timelines safety
  • Provide UXO technical advice during implementation as required Act as the UXO escort for project management team sites visits Provide UXO construction support on legacy and active UXO sites Support the project management team during the procurement process Conduct and coordinate environmental work on a wide variety of projects to monitor compliance with legal and other requirements Provide environmental technical support for lead contract initiation and management Prepare environmental reports to meet Client-Partner requirements Provide input to ensure the service level arrangement deliverables are met and work is completed on time and on budget Review peer review environmental reports statements of work cost estimates Provide overall project management services to ensure deliverables are provided on time within scope and budget Develop maintain effective relationships within DCC industry Client-Partners stakeholders Ensure quality standards are met in line with corporate Client-Partner expectations Other duties as assigned Develop environment procedures policies directives Conduct quality control procedures for service level arrangements deliverables Support lead business development activities Manage risk Perform site visit assessments Other duties as assigned Best practices methods trends legislation in environment sciences environment engineering Project risk management principles Health safety management Formal education certification(s) experience
