Hiring Marketing Manager

We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to grow with us Nueva Media is a Social Media Marketing Agency focused on short-form video marketing, SEO and paid advertising.

This includes TikTok, Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Videos.

We see short-form video marketing as being the future for 2023, and our goal is to help brands leverage this new wave of media.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a marketing manager who is passionate about supporting the growth of Nueva Media and, above all, is coachable.

Reporting on a daily basis, this individual will focus on managing campaigns, client's videos, social media marketing, and video editing on our Kapwing software, as well as using their own editing software if they see it's a better fit.

We will be looking for someone who can provide the best insight possible, as well as someone who is always staying on the edge of the latest social media trends and, above all, someone who is coachable.

We are also looking for someone who is familiar with the world of SEO and the rapid changes that are underway with the evolution of AI.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.

What You'll Be Doing In This Role:

• SEO optimization
• Paid advertising in Facebook, Google, and Bing ads
• Amazing communication skills and grammar
• Video editing skills
• Define and execute Nueva Media content strategy and own the editorial calendar
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, news, and ideas
• Establish a consistent publishing cadence

Who are You:

• You are coachable
• Your background is in content marketing, communication, public relations, or media.
• You're a passionate storyteller: you can translate complex or abstract ideas into clear and engaging communications.
• You love to distill complex information, data sets, trends, and themes into clear, concise content, adapted to suit a variety of audiences.
• You have skills in paid advertising, social media marketing, and SEO.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
