Royal Building Supplies Ltd. is a supplier of building materials to commercial and residential customers throughout Toronto, ON. We are currently looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our team as
Order Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoicing, order desk and customer service. We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn. You will be working in a team environment with other team members. Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Ability to use company computer system to enter orders
  • Complete sales orders and tender cash sales
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases
  • Coldcall prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports

Job Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
