Junior Sales Associate (Property Maintenance)

Superb Group Inc. is growing We are a team-oriented, professional landscaping company located in Guelph also serving Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge. We are passionate about the service we provide and take pride in the properties we maintain.

Junior Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a permanent,
FULL-TIME position with the potential for career growth for a hard-working individual with a great attitude.

Responsibilities

  • You enjoy prospecting and following up on companyprovided leads to reach new client bases.
  • You can retain and grow existing accounts by outlining needs and presenting new solutions and services to current clients.
  • You are able to prepare estimates, proposals, and negotiate sales across all Superb Group's services. (Landscaping, snow removal, property enhancements and construction)
  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are adaptable to a variety of situations.
  • You adhere to company policies and procedures and always represent Superb Group in a positive and professional manner.

  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Landscape and snow removal sales experience an asset
Salary and employment package is negotiable based on experience.


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
