Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to support moderation and communication across a fintech brand's official accounts and public digital platforms.The role is part of a dedicated agency team responsible for managing brand-aligned communication in social media, community spaces, and public forums.
The focus is on proactive moderation, human-style engagement, reputational control, and native presence across key online channels.
Qualifications
- Confident written communication in both English and Indonesian.
- Solid understanding of social and community platforms (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit etc.).
- Managing the Brand's Social Media Accounts (Instagram Facebook Telegram TikTok YouTube Threads LinkedIn etc.)
- Moderation & Communication Respond to incoming messages (DMs) within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays Handle comments daily reply hide or remove content that violates community rules log incidents Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the manager or client Maintain active natural dialogue with the audience in line with the brand's Tone of Voice Join discussions add comments create a positive presence around the brand Monitor internal mentions respond in timely manner Drive engagement metrics through active commenting reactions Track brand mentions twice daily across social media chats Identify report critical negative content fakes legally sensitive cases to team Submit monthly reports including analytics links screenshots response recommendations Provide additional reports data breakdowns upon client request Respond negative comments within 24 hours Use approved templates scenarios where appropriate Escalate highrisk legally sensitive mentions External Communications & Brand Presence Commenting on ThirdParty Platforms Build consistent positive trustworthy brand presence public conversations Preapprove sensitive topics team before responding Guest Posting Native Support Support reinforce key messages without being overly promotional Propose prepare native comments posts from guest accounts visibly connected to brand Publish content agreed platforms Telegram Reddit forums blogs article comments etc Monitor track external mentioning submitting month reports links screenshots analytics suggestions Provide reporting insights request Reporting Impersonators File complaints via regarding individuals impersonating representatives Log document all actions taken Service Standards Ensure alignment with Tone Voice maintain live adapted contextualized response style avoid generic replies Scripts provided may used adapted tone authenticity Contract duration more than months.
