11:59 Bar Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable bar experience for our guests. We are looking for someone with a passion for mixology, extensive knowledge of beverages, and a strong ability to engage and interact with customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and other nonalcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and proper techniques to create delicious and visually appealing drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for staff and guests.
Engage with customers, building rapport and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Upsell and promote specialty drinks, seasonal beverages, and featured items to enhance the overall guest experience and drive sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain an organized cash register.
Collaborate with the bar team and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and emerging products to continuously enhance the bar offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a highvolume establishment, showcasing expertise in mixology and beverage service.
Extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, and drink recipes.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to handle a fastpaced bar environment.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other staff members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices related to the bar industry.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., Smart Serve) is preferred.
