Responsibilities:
O2R Digital Transformation Lead Digitization:
  • Build a communication strategy to ensure O2R operations have easy access to all global standard job aids, processes, and general communication to help them be successful in day

  • day activities and customer management as O2R processes are mapped within Enterprise Digital Twin (EDT).
Accountable to develop and manage strategy and methodology for document version controls; communication sources that ensure processes are easily shared and accessible globally Drive continuous feeding and update of the detailed information linked to the activities (SWI, time spent, number of occurrences ) Hyper Automation: Ensure a close collaboration with PA-COE team to get O2R projects well prioritized and deployed (RPA & Power Apps related projects) Work with the O2R Ops team to feed our automation funnel and keep it up to date & synchronized with our overall project funnel Coordinate low code automation trainings for O2R specialists with PA-COE Assign Percipio courses relevant to the training program Follow up completion of defined Percipio courses Help identify mentors for O2R specialists related to the training program Ensure O2R low code bots are well documented & managed in Power automate so that: our "virtual" workforce can be computed and presented to the management team along the Head Count model. We do not lose bots when a person is moving to another team or leaving Lexmark Bots are maintained properly over time and as our systems are evolving Work in close collaboration with the Reporting PA to get alignment between reporting & digital transformation initiativesProject Manager: Lead & complete the O2R projects assigned to him/her: synchronize design and business requirements, pitch & catch are in place, training & communication to impacted employees are done in a timely manner Support O2R projects funnel Build O2R project list and support definition of each project priority level Maintain O2R project funnel and ensure right tools are used to track project's progressPrepare the various project boards and ensure project managers are well providing their updates on project status on a regular basis Prepare & facilitate the project boards Coach O2R employees on project management: training, templates, coaching session to help employees to structure their projects correctly, provide advice on stakeholder management, process mapping, automation tools and communication best practices. Alert O2R management & process owner if identifies a major risk/issue linked to a project implementation.
