As a Data Analyst at Groupe Master, your main responsibility will be to drive the implementation, availability and access to relevant information fields in collaboration with the IT departments and business line experts under your responsibility.

You will be at the forefront of developing reports and management tools to support decision-making.

To this end, you will collaborate with various company stakeholders to document the issues and data sources required for the production of data-driven decision-making tools.


What you will accomplish with us:

  • Define the information needs of the company sectors under his/her responsibility, in collaboration with the experts in these teams, with the aim of providing reports / dashboards that will guide decision-making
  • Leads the documentation of the reports used by these teams, validates their relevance and adapts their conversion into a BI tool, enhancing the information's analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Collaborates actively with the IT team to define and set up the information fields needed to produce the required reports/dashboards
  • Analyzes, processes and provides the necessary recommendations in relation to the available data in order to translate them into KPIs adapted to the functions and hierarchical levels of the users.
  • Documents information fields, processes and data flows linked to the development of reports and dashboards
  • Collaborates with data analysts in other areas to link and continually evolve analytical capabilities by developing different data models that will more actively support decisionmaking
  • Ambassador of the importance of accessing, understanding and using available data by providing analytical support to the business line managers under his/her responsibility.
  • Supports the implementation, maintenance and evolution of practices surrounding the smooth running of D&A processes
  • Actively participates in defining the organizational needs that will frame the choice, implementation and evolution of BI tools

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in administration, finance or computer science
Minimum 5-8 years experience in a data analysis and modeling role


KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual French/English
Experience in a data analysis and modeling role
Good knowledge of Power BI
Good knowledge of Office suite, mainly Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot)
