Nando's Downtown Vancouver are searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager


Duties:


  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and train staff to ensure highquality service and performance
  • Help maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Assist with payroll and scheduling

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full-time position


Language of Work:

Wage:
$43,000 - $50,000 per year

Skills Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, postsecondary education in hospitality or business management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
