Job Description:


Lead a Large Account Planning Team on a High Volume Business

  • Lead a planning team of multiple levels of seniority across multiple product lines
  • Lead by example and develop a team building approach, developing people, the client and yourself.
  • Liaise with specialist teams across the Network to ensure 'new and best' is adopted and shared with the client by your team.
  • Ensure staff are managing their time well, operating effectively to meet client needs, and ensure strategies are in place allowing for time off.
  • Take an active role in mapping the training and development of a team.
  • Work closely with your direct manager and across the rest of the planning team to assess and help guide team members' development.
  • Proactively communicate feedback regularly with the team and effectively and professionally handle performance issues as they occur.

Build Up Communications and Relationships

  • Build a relationship with key client stakeholders to ensure a strong collaborative approach between teams in achieving business goals.
  • Deliver reporting, Strategic, and Plan presentations in person and online to audiences of various disciplines and savviness.
  • Lead the continued improvement on processes and organization that ensures timely communication and askmanagement across a high volume of requests.
  • Continue to work on communication skills for the team members of various levels.
  • Work with the team to disseminate client objectives and briefs with internal stakeholders to manage each project's roadmap to delivery.

Make a Big Impact

  • Ensure strong client relationships, quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of client business both current and historical
  • Coordinates with partner agencies to maintain efficient work streams and push better executions
  • Maintain overall control of workflow and assigned team responsibilities
  • Provide assistance, when necessary, to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assists Directors with maintaining KPI tracking and forecasting

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and team management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong command of media research and reporting resources
  • Must have Full Funnel media experience as this role will be working on all types of campaigns
  • Awareness, Consideration/Demand Gen, and conversion KPIs
